A specialised technique which measures the rider’s frontal area. The rider is repositioned in various configurations and the frontal area re-calculated to produce the most aerodynamic position possible.

Members will receive three training plans per week; one swim, bike and run. These session plans will be based on the dates and lengthy of your major (A) races for the year. You should have no more than 3 and ideally 2 A races per season.
