PPCOE athlete Heidi Goodridge wins at Northampton Tri |

Congtratulations to Heidi Goodridge (Triathlon) who won her age-group (25-29) at this year's Northampton Triathlon meeting at Grendon Lakes. Heidi completed the Olympic distance event in a personal best time of 2:30:04.
Heidi is due to compete at the London Trathlon this August (7/8th) where she hopes to improve on her time last year and hopefully a new personal best time. |
