Members will receive three training plans per week; one swim, bike and run. These session plans will be based on the dates and lengthy of your major (A) races for the year. You should have no more than 3 and ideally 2 A races per season.
The plans will take into account your personal goals, fitness level, ability and where you are in each discipline on the long term athlete development plan.
You will also receive a guide as to the level of intensity and the time you should be training at any particular time to help you with the rest of your training. In addition you will be given guidance on areas to concentrate on to improve each discipline.
This assessment will be carried out by means on an athlete questionnaire.

You can always upgrade to a full personal plan at a future date or for a specific period of time if you wish. One to one coaching is also available along with video assessment of technique. Please look at the Laboratory and performance test pages.
