The Centre, in partnership with SuperFlyTri, offers a remote personal coaching service at £45 per month.  There is also a £25 administration fee payable in advance to cover initial athlete assessment and paper work.  Working in conjunction with the athlete a full training program will be delivered covering all required disciplines and any additional elements required e.g. weight training, core stability, or nutritional advise etc.

The initial assessment is carried out by means of a questionnaire. This is followed up by either a personal meeting or phone call to talk through and agree an overall plan. The plan will be given to the athlete along with the agreed goals. The session plans will then be delivered on an agreed cycle to the athlete i.e. weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks. It is implicit that the athlete will feed back to the coach on a regular basis so any necessary changes to the plan can be made.

The coach will agree with the athlete the type of testing which will be carried out to assess progress. If one to one coaching is required this will be additionally charged at £15 per half hour. If significant, travelling time will also be charged. If laboratory testing is required it will be charged as published in the laboratory and performance testing price list -10%.

SuperFlyTri uses Dartfish® sport analysis software. Assessment of many aspects of technical skills can be assessed with this system. Feed back can also be sent on CD or via email. The athlete/coach relationship is vital to successful coaching. The athlete is always the center of this relationship. The level and type of input from the coach is a response to the requirement of the athlete, making communication vital. If you would like to find out more, join or chat with any of the coaches/trainers please contact us.
