Peak Performance Centre of Excellence in conjunction with SuperFlyTri are able to assist athletes in their training through the use of laboratory and field based physiological and performance testing. These tests can provide valuable information on which to base your training and ensure you are training in the best way to bring about improvements in performance.

Within the Centre there is a comprehensive range of equipment for use, this includes:
- NordicTrack, 3500R Treadmill
- Fitmate Pro (VO2 max analyzer)
- Analox Lactate and Glucose Analyser
- Accutest Lactate Analyser
- NewTest Timing Light System
- SRM Science Pro Bicycle Crank System (Available for all shimano and campag 9 and 10 speed group sets)
- Body stat
- Harpenden Skin fold calipers
- Blood pressure monitor
- Laser gates
- Strength/hand grip
- Weight scales
- Flexibility box
- Lung function
- Video Analysis (using Dartfish® software). This can be used for Gait and Swim Stroke analysis and bike fit. It has many other sporting applications.
