Hannah, from Leamington Spa, is 17 years old and has been in athletics since she was 9. She started training with Leamington Athletic Club in 2002 after winning school competitions. She went on to win their Club Championship 5 years in succession.

Ann-Marie is in her first year of competing in triathlons and won her very first triathlon, the Miss Sprint Novice Triathlon in Rugby on 30th May 2010, in an excellent time of 00:59:36. She also achieved first place in the TriLive Novice Duathlon in March and second place in the Trentham Triathlon in July – her first open water swim triathlon.

Hockey is Ally's main sport which he started playing at the age of 10 with Northampton Lions Hockey Club. He qualified for Scotland U16s sqaud in 2008 when he was only 12! Ally is also studying to be a Level 1 hockey umpire and regularly coaches the U7s with Northampton Hockey Club.

Heidi has been competing in triathlons for well over 8 years, having won her first ever event last season. Heidi has been with Peak Performance since September 2009 and is fully engaged on a Strength & Conditioning programme to complement her existing triathlon training. She completes most of her training sessions at Esporta health & fitness club in ColIingtree, Northampton.
